Our 4 studios are located at the heart of their respective cities, so they're always on your way. Designed to fit in your busy schedule, AURUM strength training takes only 20 minutes a week, with quantifiable results and an experience marked by privacy and 100% focus on you.

When you book your appointment, you basically book the entire studio and the personal coach for yourself. Step into your space and enjoy privacy, modern minimalistic design and a touch of nature. Feel comfortable and safe to push to your limits in an environment where you’re not observed, discouraged or disturbed. Get in the flow, focus on your body, let the steam off. AURUM is your space.

Your time is precious.

And life is too short to spend it in a gym. Therefore, we designed the entire experience to save your time without compromising on the workout results. Fast in, fast out: in 20 minutes. We removed any distractions so you can just show up, change and train, refresh and be on the go again. For your personal care, you have all the necessary amenities, natural and of premium quality, and no waiting line. If you have your preferred time slot, you can make it recurring or schedule, postpone and cancel as convenient at no extra charge.

To take it to an "F1 level in life", you have to look at the body holistically and consider muscle strength as one of the most important measures of prevention and rehabilitation. Strength training and yoga - the significant workout effects on the yoga mat

As the saying goes, opposites attract. This is also true for my fitness routine, specifically for my yoga practice and weekly strength training. Even though yoga and strength training don't have much in common at first glance, from my experience they complement each other extremely well. If you ever found yourself on a yoga mat trying to feel and look good doing asanas, then you will recognize yourself in my story. Maybe you will even get inspired to pair your yoga routine with strength training!
