It's fun and invaluable to have a coach who supports and motivates you along the way. Therefore, you will perform all 6 exercises with your personal AURUM coach. You will enjoy motivation, personal consultation and joint interpretation of strength data and 3D body analysis. Finally, if a lack of motivation threatens to get the better of you, having an appointment with your coach does wonders.
